Environment

You will have daily contact with some of the most influential companies within the Telcom and embedded computer industry. If you want it, there are many opportunities to travel, often internationally. Software Development is on Linux, Solaris and MAC OS X. Technical documention is created with Adobe on Apple Computers.

Build your own schedule. Arrive any time between 5am and 11am, leave when you want.

Benefits

To simplify, we offer above average salaries, average benefits, and lots of vacation. We work very, very hard. Burning out is bad. We require that you use all five weeks of vacation time every year. Use it or lose it. JBlade is closed the first week in August and from December 24 until January 2.

Education is Important.

While college is an important step it does not teach everything necessary to succeed. We value exposure to new ideas and back it up with at least one week of sponsored attendance at world class event.

Senior level programmers and architects are entitled to attend the JavaOne™ conference each year.

Web Developers and Technical Documentation Writers can attend an Adobe specific conference of their choice.
